How does it work?

Syxsense identifies vulnerabilities and associates them with specific configuration items within EasyVista. It ensures that each vulnerability is tracked and managed within the system accurately.Your Content Goes Here
Once vulnerabilities are identified, a team member within EasyVista ServiceManager creates a change request. This request includes all the identified vulnerabilities that need remediation, providing a clear and organized approach to managing security risks.
The change request is then submitted to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for approval. All proposed changes are vetted and approved by relevant stakeholders, keeping security and operational integrity high.
Upon receiving approval from CAB, Syxsense automatically remediates each attached vulnerability.
Following remediation, Syxsense sends results back to EasyVista ServiceManager. Keeping all actions documented and tracked ensures transparency and accountability.
Finally, EasyVista validates and closes the Change Request. The end-to-end process not only streamlines vulnerability management, but also improves the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service operations and delivery.
